Kiran Bala – Owner and Managing Director

Hello, my name is Kiran, and I am the owner of HCA North West Sydney. It brings me so much joy to support older people so they can live independently in their own homes.
I hold a master’s degree in commerce, and I worked in the mortgage industry prior to joining the home care industry.
I learn more every day about the privilege of working in an industry such as aged care, and I am mindful of the need to have patience and understanding when supporting people through a challenging time of change in their lives. 
Being able to make a positive impact on a client’s life makes it all worth it in my eyes. My mission is to help seniors achieve healthy, happy, high-quality lives and give family members the relief they need.
I am passionate about clients getting the best possible service available and regularly communicate with them in a collaborative way to ensure they are getting a complete package of care. I vowed to help seniors avoid the confines of nursing homes, and I found a way by opening a franchise of Home Care Assistance.

Monty A Duggal – General Manager

Monty A Duggal – General Manager

Monty is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Home Care Assistance’s operations in North West Sydney. He studied business and IT and has extensive experience in coaching and people management. Prior to joining Home Care Assistance, he had a successful career across a varied range of industries, from finance to photography and now aged care.
He experienced firsthand how to juggle caring for family members in need while managing a career and other stresses associated with daily life. He realised there was a real need for care in the senior community that was flexible and worked with you.

Jessica Collins - Care Co-ordinator

Jessica Collins – Care Co-ordinator

Jessica has over 20 years’ experience in community based provision of healthcare.
She has worked extensively with older adults, disabilities and those living with multiple co morbidities in community settings. Academically Jessica completed an Advanced Bachelor of Nursing at University of Western Sydney Rydalmere in 2013.
This advanced study and accumulation of knowledge combined with extensive experience has led to a great ability to improve the standards of care within the sectors of age care and disabilities which she works.
Jessica prides herself on her ability to ensure high levels of service and best practice to facilitate better outcomes for those in the aging population, disability sector and those suffering health conditions. She is excited to join Home Care Assistance and make a difference in the lives of aging adults and their families.
